At Zulily, we aim to offer the best value possible, which means most items are final sale; however, eligible items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of shipment. Please check your order history to confirm if an item is eligible for return before starting the process.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Visit the 'My Orders' section of your account to identify items marked as 'Returnable' and select the products you wish to send back.

  Print Return Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the return portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total credit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Earn Credit

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once processed at our warehouse, your Zulily store credit will be automatically applied to your account.
